Cultivate

Privacy Policy

Last updated 5 October 2026

Cultivate ("we") is an independent app based in Kosovo. Contact: donbytyci@gmail.com.

The short version

What the app stores, and where

This information is saved on your device. If iCloud is turned on, it's also synced through your private iCloud database (Apple CloudKit) so it appears on your other iPhone and iPad. That database belongs to your Apple Account: we have no access to it, and Apple's privacy policy covers it. If iCloud is off, everything stays on the device.

Purchases

Cultivate+ is sold through the App Store. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your name, payment details or Apple Account. The app only checks on your device whether Cultivate+ is active.

Reminders and widgets

Reminders are notifications scheduled on your device. There's no server sending them, and turning them on shares nothing with us. Home Screen widgets read your table from the app's storage on the same device.

What we don't collect

Your name, email, location, contacts, photos, advertising identifier, or analytics about how you use the app. Cultivate contains no third-party analytics or advertising code.

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your device's Settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports and usage statistics. You can turn that off at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Analytics & Improvements.

Deleting your data

Children

Cultivate is suitable for all ages and doesn't collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we don't hold your personal data, there's nothing for us to access, correct or delete on our side. If you have a question or request, email donbytyci@gmail.com. You can also complain to the Information and Privacy Agency of Kosovo or your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we'll update this page and the date above.
